To access these files which are in the PDF format, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader or the equivalent.
The reports & forms are formatted for 8.5x11 inch paper (letter size).  Your printer should be set for portrait and the Adobe print program should be checked to ensure there are no tick marks in boxes for auto rotate, center and page scaling.

The fillable funeral planning forms facilitate filling in the forms while on line; print off a copy for your records and then submit from page 4, to the Church Office where they will be safely and confidentially filed for future referrence.
